Aftersales & Ticketing Consultants

Job description

Based in Sevenoaks, Kent, Mercury Holidays is a multi award-winning travel company taking customers abroad for almost 40 years. We are on the look out for diligent, customer centric people to join our Aftersales or Ticketing Team. You will be dealing with post booking enquiries, issuing documentation and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. We offer on the job training so previous travel experience is not essential, but would be advantageous.

Job requirements

What we’re looking for

  • Great telephone manner - professional and outgoing
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Good PC skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook a benefit but not essential
  • A passion for customer service
